T-shirt for Babah, Mama & Izzah

I’m a supporter of online business run by moms. You see, I stumbled upon a Fotopages belong to a mom who do part-time business of selling customised t-shirts like the picture below. So, I ordered a t-shirt each for me, babah and Izzah. The wording and picture is customised using colorful felt cloths.

And, as usual I paid immediately hoping to get the t-shirts in at most two weeks. But, I only received our t-shirts after almost two months!

What can I say? A really bad customer service could bring your business down.

You see, her works are great but her services is too bad. Not answering emails promptly and not updating the status to customer.

So, nasihat aku pada mak-mak budak yang nak buat business online. Customer service itu sangat-sangat penting. Email mesti dijawap dengan segera. Kalau stok tiada, update status dengan cepat.

Jangan berdiam diri sampai customer naik angin. Aku paling menyampah orang yang nak buat business tapi tak reti-reti etika perniagaan. Baik jangan buat bisness… pelanggan yang tak puas hati pun takkan rekomen busines dia kat orang lain.

  • comel nye baju tu Ros.. memula cam teringin laks, tp bila u cakap customers’ service sucks.. terus kensel isk.. betul gak tu.. kalau nak berjual buat cara nak berjual kan… kalau sibuk sgt pon, customers mesti mau layan.. kalau customers lari kan ke susah…

    nway i respect u yg menyokong bisnes mommies.. i pon kalau nak beli barang online, if possible nak beli dr orang kita je — nak menaikkan bisnes orang kita… (i’m not racists.. tp kalau kita tak tolong orang kita, sape lagi kan???)

  • Kalau sampai 2 bulan baru nak siap, aduhh *sorry to say ya shop owner*, tapi over lah tu. That’s one thing, dodging or delaying in replying emails or calls is another issue..
